GENERAL QUESTIONS

It is not necessary to create an account to shop with ZOOCCHINI. However, creating an account helps us better serve you. If you have a ZOOCCHINI account you can view all of your previous orders on ZOOCCHINI.com, check the status of your current orders, and save your wish list. Additionally, this account will save your billing and shipping information for a quick and easy check out. You will be the first to hear about our new and exciting products and occasionally, you will receive emails with exclusive promotions and discounts on ZOOCCHINI.com.

For each order you place on ZOOCCHINI.com, you will receive up to three (3) emails from sales@zoocchini.com to the email address you provided on your ZOOCCHINI account - The first email is an order confirmation within 1 hour after your order is received, the second email is sent when your order ships and contains a shipping confirmation and the UPS SurePost® tracking number for your package. A third  email may be sent when the order has been delivered - depends on carrier/service. ZOOCCHINI Customer Service may also contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock, backordered, if we need address validation, or if additional identification provided for credit verification.

You may check the status of your order at anytime by logging on to ZOOCCHINI.com or you can track the progress of your package on UPS.com, FedEx.com or USPS.com and entering the tracking number you received. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to generate on carrier's website.

Once an order is submitted, there is a small window of time that we can make changes. We will make every effort to make changes to your order, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be possible. Once your order status is updated from "processing" to "shipped" no changes can be made. Please contact ZOOCCHINI Customer Service by email at sales@zoocchini.com to find out if it is possible to modify or cancel an existing order. Please be advised that once an order has been finalized we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

SHIPPING, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & RETURNS

We offer FREE SHIPPING ON $75 ORDERS*. For orders under $75* we offer Flat Rate Shipping of $5.95 per order.

Orders received by 11:00 AM EST are typically processed and handed to carrier within 2-3 business days of the order date, excluding weekends & holidays. Delays beyond the standard processing time will be communicated within 24 hours.

We ship primarily via UPS SurePost® which offers fast and economical shipping with package tracking and visibility on the progress of the your delivery.

UPS makes the shipment pick-up, delivers it to your nearest U.S. Postal Service® (USPS) and the USPS makes the final delivery is often provided by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). We may also use USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground services from time to time.

UPS SurePost® is a service that includes final delivery to you by the USPS. A USPS deliverable mailing address is required to ensure successful delivery without additional postage due charges. If your mailing address is different from your street address, please provide your complete mailing address.

We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery.

UPS SurePost® offers fast and economical shipping with package tracking and visibility on the progress of your delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times:While UPS SurePost offers a consistent delivery experience, transit times from USPS are an estimate and it is not a guaranteed day definite service. Delivery times will vary by destination. Allow an additional 2-3 days for processing. Order processing time may exceed if we have an incomplete or undeliverable addresses. You may receive an email for to validate the delivery address. See below for estimated transit times.

Estimated delivery times after UPS has tendered your package to the U.S. Postal Service:

- Packages destined for US 48 destinations -Estimated delivery of 4 to 8 business days.

- Non-US 48 destinations will have longer transit times -

** Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories - Estimated delivery of 10 to 14 business days.

** APO/FPO addresses - Estimated delivery of 3 to 6 weeks.


How to track UPS SurePost® - you can use the UPS or the related USPS  online tracking service. Locate the UPS SurePost® tracking number (UPS tracking #s usually begins with e.g. 1Z A44018 XX 1234 1234; and the related USPS tracking # usually are all digits e.g. 1234 1234 1234 1234 1234 1234 12), enter it into package search field above and click Track Package.

Because cross-border transactions can be more regulated, complex and expensive when it comes to taxes, duties and shipping fees, ZOOCCHINI.com does not accept orders for international shipping on our website. 

We have appointed Authorized Distributors in the U.S., Canada and in various International territories who in turn make our products available through their Authorized Resellers. You can locate authorized resellers  in you region by contacting our distributor or with a simple online search. A list of ZOOCCHINI authorized distributors can be found here.

*When you purchase ZOOCCHINI products from our distributor’s authorized resellers, you must follow the reseller’s established return and return policies.

Return Policy/COVID-19 Update

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) and in order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, ZOOCCHINI is temporarily amending its merchandise exchange and return policy until further notice. We will not be exchanging or accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. Once a product has shipped, we cannot accept it back, make an exchange or give a refund. All other provisions of the return policy still apply.

EXCHANGES -Whenever possible and based on stock availability, exchanges are available subject to ZOOCCHINI.com's Return Policy. For exchange inquiries please contact customer service via email sales@zoocchini.com or call customer service +1 855.792.6466 between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.

RETURNS - Our return policy is exclusively limited to orders placed on ZOOCCHINI.com. Return policy does NOT apply to purchases made through 3rd party resellers or outside the U.S.

All returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item in order for a return request to be processed and to receive a Return Authorization Number.

Once a return request is received a Return Authorization Number is then issued. After being issued a Return Authorization Number, unworn, undamaged merchandise must arrive at the address below within 14 days. Please contact sales@zoocchini.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. 

Returns or exchanges will ONLY be accepted on new, unused, unopened items in their original packaging and with all garment tags, trims, belts etc attached, with the original packing slip and a completed Return Form.

Damaged or defective items can only be exchanged for the same item. If a customer receives any damaged or defective items please contact ZOOCCHINI.com for a return shipping label. ZOOCCHINI.com will bear the shipping costs for shipping exchanges back to customers (subject to product availability).

For any other returns, the return shipping costs are customer responsibility. If a return label is provided by ZOOCCHINI.com, we will deduct a $9.95 label fee from your refund amount. 

Please return merchandise to us only through a carrier that provides a tracking number and also requires a signature for verification of receipt (for example: UPS, FedEx, USPS registered mail). We strongly recommend that you declare the package value for insurance purpose. We do not accept responsibility for return packages with no tracking information. We also do not accept returns via C.O.D.

Once you have received a Return Authorization Number, please return product along with your original sales slip and Return Authorization Number to: RETURNS @ ZOOCCHINI/ Address: 19 Commerce Rd, Fairfield, NJ 07004

A Return Authorization Number does NOT guarantee that a return will be accepted if the merchandise is found to be damaged or otherwise not in the original condition. 

Your original form of payment will be credited minus the initial shipping fees. Customers are responsible for shipping orders back to ZOOCCHINI.com. International customers will be responsible for duties and taxes. Returns for a refund after 15 business are not entitled to a full refund. Shipping, freight and handing costs will not be refunded.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund request.

**ITEMS THAT CAN’T BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:

**DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS ZOOCCHINI DOES NOT PERMIT RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR UNDERWEAR, DIAPERS OR DIAPER INSERTS , SWIM  DIAPERS, SWIMWEAR (EVEN IF PACKAGING HAS NOT BEEN OPENED).** 

Customized or personalized products, or sealed items that were opened after delivery are not returnable. All sale merchandise is considered FINAL SALE. Items Items with prices not ending in .99 or purchased with a promo or discount code/coupon are also considered FINAL SALE items and are not returnable or exchangeable.

**ZOOCCHINI.COM will not accept returns, refunds and exchanges requests for products purchased from resellers. There are no exceptions to this policy.

We have appointed Authorized Distributors in the US and in various International territories who in turn make our products available through their Authorized Resellers. As with any exchange/return/refund process, because the sale occurred through a reseller, returns/refunds/exchanges must be initiated with the reseller at the point of purchase. When you purchase ZOOCCHINI products from our distributor’s authorized resellers, you must follow the reseller’s established return and refund policies.

If you purchased from an authorized reseller, whether in the US or internationally, and if you have any quality related issue with our products, the authorized resellers have the ability to address this with the concerned distributor in their region and provide you with a replacement - subject to their policies. If the authorized reseller refused to accept the product return, you may contact the authorized distributor within a reasonable period and provide the following information: proof of purchase including the reseller name and address, product purchased, purchase date, and purchase price. Occasionally, we run exclusive promotions on ZOOCCHINI.com for customers signed up to our email list. Please subscribe on our website to receive these emails. If you have an account on ZOOCCHINI.com, you are automatically added to our mailing list.

PAYMENTS & TAXES

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and PayPal. We do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs. Charges to credit cards will appear as ZOOCCHINI dba BRANDSWAMI, LLC.

Price adjustments are NOT available. ZOOCCHINI.com reserves the right to change prices at any time which, may result in a lower price appearing for the same product at a later date.

Tax charged to an order is based on the shipment’s destination. ZOOCCHINI.com only charges tax to applicable taxable merchandise being shipped to the state of New Jersey.

WARRANTY/PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Our products are covered by a 6-month warranty that protects the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Since all products have an expected service life, this warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear (including zippers and other hardware), damage caused by accident, use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, improper care, misuse, neglect, modifications, alterations, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, , or obvious abuse of the garment. ZOOCCHINI assumes no liability for products that have had alterations, embroidery, or other ornamentation added to the product. If a product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. This warranty does not cover any products purchased at a discount or on sale. This limited warranty is available in the United States and is not transferable by the original owner.

Not covered under warranty:

• Normal wear and tear.

• Improper use.

• Improper fit.

• Improper care and poor maintenance.

• Modification or alterations of the product.

• Damages due to storage or transportation.

• Loss of DWR (Durable Water Resistance).

• Abrasions and rips/tears of material.

• Fabric wearing thin.

• Stains on material.

 Some common manufacture defects are:

• Broken/sticky zippers

• Hook and loop closure system issues

• Elastic hem/hood cord issues/broken toggles

REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY ARE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE CONSUMER. ZOOCCHINI.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PRACTICAL PURPOSE.
